MEET OUR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN TEAM
Our team of professional Atlanta designers brings decades of experience and creative vision to Loudermilk Designs. We help clients uncover their personal style, and aesthetic preferences, and create designs that are sophisticated, elegant, and luxurious. Loudermilk Designs knows it takes a great team to design a great home that will become the center of a family’s life.
Roane Loudermilk
Roane is the Founder and President of Loudermilk Designs. Roane is a Senior Design Consultant with more than 15 years in the industry, who sets the strategic vision for the firm. She guides her team in working with clients to create custom designs that reflect their personal taste and family needs. In addition, Roane is a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway who can help clients find the perfect lot if they are interested in building a New Custom Home. Earlier in her career, Roane began a successful home renovation business in the metro Atlanta area that created value and equity for homebuyers and continues to support clients with renovation needs as well.
Amy Cross
Amy is a Design Consultant with Loudermilk Designs. Amy has more than 15 years of residential construction and interior design experience, working on custom homes valued at over $8 million. Amy is able to bring the homebuyers vision to life on every build, from start to completion.
CHRISSY ETHRIDGE
Chrissy is a Design Consultant with Loudermilk Designs. Chrissy has been in the procurement and design industry for over 18 years. Chrissy embraces a teamwork approach as she collaborates with designers, vendors, and clientele across all projects to ensure organization from start to finish.

Debbie Reynolds
Debbie is a Design Consultant with Loudermilk Designs. Debbie has her degree in Interior Design and has over 30 years of experience working in the design industry, and received her NCIDQ certification in 2001. She partners with every client to bring their inspirational concepts to reality.
Michelle Rosado
Michelle is a Design Consultant with Loudermilk Designs. Michelle has a degree in Interior Design and has over 10 years of experience in the design industry working with reputable firms such as Cowtan & Tout and Stan Topol & Associates. She works with clients to co-create livable, sophisticated interiors.
Nora Swayne
Nora is a Design Consultant with Loudermilk Designs. She has been in the design industry for more than 5 years. Nora's ability to incorporate design trends and seamlessly work alongside clients and vendors allows her to partner in creating beautiful luxury spaces. She is an instrumental part of the team, collaborating with both builders and custom home clients.

Loudermilk Designs is proud to be a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, which advances the interior design profession and communicates the impact of design on the human experience.
Our team includes a licensed Realtor who is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a federally registered collective membership that follows a strict Code of Ethics to elevate the profession.
Charitable Work
We are grateful to join Youth With a Mission and support their “Homes of Hope” program that builds houses for families living in poverty in developing countries.
Loudermilk Designs is humbled to sponsor Hands on Atlanta. Our team volunteers with food distribution, community beautification projects, food drives, school support and other activities throughout the year.
Loudermilk Designs is proud to be a sponsor of PEAK Performance Basketball, a nonprofit athletics program with a mission of “Developing Little Girls Into Leading Women." PEAK teaches girls self confidence and empowerment for life by nurturing them athletically, socially and academically.
